Shoring Pumps.
From simple single acting hand pumps to for use on small excavation to 9hp diesel power packs for the larger excavations all pumps have easy-to-read pressure gauges and convenient control valves. The water-based Summer and Winter-grade Shoring Fluids are environmentally safe, cost-effective, and cover a full range of operating temperatures.
Waler Rails
Waler Systems feature 4-corner lifting eyes for rapid installation and removal, and hydraulic hose bridles to afford simultaneous actuation of cylinders. Shore and Pour have added Trench Waler Frames to the product range.
The frames are based on a robust aluminium extrusion available in various lengths. Various lengths of oversleeve give a strut range of 500mm to over 2000mm
Features of the system include:-
• Simple pin/clip connection of Rams to rails.
• Lock off Valves fitted as standard for added user safety
• Bridle hose connection to allow both struts to be extended at once.
• Either Heavy duty steel or Lightweight Aluminium rails .
• Option to use screw struts rather than hydraulics.

Manhole Brace Frames
Machtech Technology offer 4 sizes of leg cover sizes from 2.0m to 6.1m, and can be combined to provide both square and rectangular excavations. In square format, they are suitable for manholes, soakaways, and spherical tanks. In rectangular format, they are suitable for interceptors, septic tanks, fuel tanks etc. Our Standard range offers a unique 1100mm extension and 100mm of cross over between sizes therefore eases cross over between leg sizes.
All legs have the following features :-
• Male & female self-seal couplers for powered extension / retraction of the leg.
• Full 1.1m adjustment range.
• Manual safety lock valve to prevent accidental retraction of the ram.
• Simple corner pin connection.
• Lifting and hanging connection points for safer installation.

Trench Boxes
Machtech Technology Ltd supply a range of easy and quick to use Trench boxes, in various sizes and capacities.
• Mini Boxes - 3 metres long x 2 metres high base panels with 1.0 metre high top extensions.
• Standard Boxes - 3.5 metres long x 2.6 metres high base panels with 1.3 metre high top extensions.
• Manhole Boxes - 2.5metres or 3metres long x 2.6 metres high base panels with 1.4metre high top extensions.
• Drag Boxes – 5 metres x 2.5 metres high base panels with 1.5metre high top extensions.
All panels can be used with adjustable standard struts and fixed extensions to give internal widths from 600mm to 4000mm.Our Struts are of the spindle type with an internal protected acme thread for quick extension and retraction. Connections are of a simple pin / clip arrangement, allowing speedy assembly of the box on site.
Bracing Struts.
Machtech Technology Ltd can supply a wide range of bracing struts from simple light duty trench struts through to 250 tonne heavy duty mega strut. Each design incorporates unique modified stub acme threads for damage limitation on sites and high pitch ratio to gain greater extension per nut turn.
Steel Manhole Shutters.
Machtech Technology Ltd supplies Manhole shutters in various sizes as standard. Steel Manhole Shutters accommodate all standard sizes of manhole rings using a combination of 3 panel types: A, B, and C. Panel heights are 900mm and 1800mm.
Trench Sheets.
Machtech Technology can supply various lap Trench Sheet that have effective widths from 330mm to 400mm and strengths from 33kn/m2 to 55kn/m2. Sheets are available from 2.5m to 5.0m long in half metre increments.
Trench Sheet Rerolling Machines.
Machtech Technology Ltd, specialise in the design and complete manufacture of trench sheet re-rolling machines. The machines we have produced can save a wide range of trench sheets that have been returned from sites bent and twisted. We can also refurbish existing machines in our repair facility.
